PEAK POTENTIAL COACHING

the art of personal and business excellence

What is coaching?

You wouldn’t expect a world-class athlete to go for the gold without a coach. Clarity, focus, inspiration, momentum, perspective–that’s what a coach provides.

A coach is a person who listens to your needs, inner most dreams and desires and supports you in the realization of these!

A good coach challenges, encourages, applauds you and is there for you and will never judge you.

A good coach will empower you into who you want to become!

YOU are the one who does all the work and wins all the medals. YOU are the one who flies.

How does the coaching work?

A personal coach assumes that you are the expert in your life and that you are fully capable of achieving soaring goals. The coach’s job, then, is not to offer answers or advice, but rather to ask powerful questions that help you deepen the learning and take directed action . (“Action” can range from painting your office to restructuring your company; from setting weekly dates with your spouse to changing your career; from mastering the Internet at last to going back to school…the agenda is all yours.)

The coach/client relationship is an alliance of equals –and a powerful catalyst for change.

Who needs a Coach?

Here’s a better question: Who doesn’t?
Coaching is a valuable tool for anyone who wants to reflect on what really matters and design a fulfilling life or successful business results around those values. Within the structure of weekly conversations, over time, with a coach who champions you, challenges you, and helps you get organized around your major life or business goals, you will find yourself flying as high as you always knew you could.
