In our very busy lives, we have to manage multiple requests at the same time, respond immediately: picking up the kids, cooking, cleaning, being a good wife or husband, parent, being efficient at work, paying the bills, remain happy and yet remaining positive in spite of it all….
Our lives become fuller and fuller…. Our sense of happiness can fade away…. We forget what it was like to be truly happy. Always rushed, we look for a quick fix, like taking a pill, going to a spa day, a massage, a holiday, listening to music, dancing, meditate, shopping for the latest perk and other ways to cope.
These are all good things but can they bring true happiness? How do we find the happiness that lies inside us and is waiting to be ignited like the “Happiness Life Flame”?
Society has conditioned us to shut off a lot of who we are in the name of performance and efficiency. How can our “Happiness Life Flame” survive this?
As Gandhi would say “Be the change you want to see in the world”
We have so much to discover about what we are made of and what brings true happiness to us. Is it the perfect partner? The perfect job? Plenty of money? A happy family? Great health? Yes all these things certainly CONTRIBUTE to our happiness. What if, BECAUSE we are able to LIVE from a STATE of happiness, we attract all these elements that contribute to our happiness? How might we create and foster this Happiness STATE of being? How can we sustain Happiness as our default STATE, no matter what?
In a workshop setting, you will be able to better understand the science behind happiness and the impact it has on your health and well-being. You will also have access to numerous tools that will enable you to unlock your powers and activate the flame within.
In a one on one coaching setting, you will develop a concrete customized Happiness action plan to enable you to become a deeply happy individual and manage all your adversities with a smile.
