Patrick brings over 25 years of high-impact training and coaching experience to organizations worldwide, spanning both private and public sectors. His expertise encompasses management and leadership training, sales, business development, emotional and positive intelligence, executive coaching, team coaching, communication, stress management, and career transition. He holds certifications as an Emotional Intelligence Instructor, Positive Intelligence Coach, CTI Coach, and Organization and Relationship Systems Coach.

Patrick’s previous roles as a career counsellor included recruitment and the management and evaluation of personality assessment tests. Having lived in eight countries across four continents, Patrick’s global experience has provided him with a profound understanding of the dynamics in today’s international business environment and the significance of individual roles within global enterprises.
