Patrick brings over 25 years of experience in high-impact training and coaching, helping organizations worldwide thrive through leadership development, emotional and positive intelligence, communication, and career transition. Certified as an Emotional Intelligence Instructor, Positive Intelligence Coach, CTI Coach, and Organization and Relationship Systems Coach, Patrick is a trusted expert in fostering personal and team growth.

Having lived in eight countries across four continents, Patrick’s global perspective and cross-cultural expertise equip him to address the complexities of today’s interconnected business environment.

An engaging speaker and facilitator, Patrick delivers transformative workshops on emotional and positive intelligence (EQ and PQ) to help leaders and teams enhance decision-making, resilience, and interpersonal effectiveness.
